AADINATH INDUSTRIES INDIA, established in year 2005 with the Art of Manufacturing. This company is having the experience of manufacturing Agricultural Blades in two steel categories; High Carbon Steel & Boron Steel. The company is providing wide range of Agricultural Blades: Harrow Disc Blades, Rotavator Blades, Tiller Blades/Tyne Shovels With the power of machinery and efficiency of manufacturing capability, many importers have joined their hands with AADINATH INDUSTRIES in order to ful-fill the rising demand of Agricultural Blades in different regions of the world. The company respects its words “Making Quality, Respecting Time & Serving Beer” and believes these words are the key to success.

OUR MANAGEMENT

Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain, Chairman, has over 40 years of experience as a Chairman & Director in Steel Industries India. He is the founder member of IIA (Indian Industries Association) Shamli & also the founder of SIEMA (Shamli Industrial Estate Manufacturing Association). He is Past Secretary of (SUASS) Shamli Udyog Asthaam Shekari Sami. He is also playing the role of President in S.S. Jain Sabha Shamli since 3 years.

Along the Steel Rolling Mills, in 2005 he started the manufacturing unit of Agriculture Blades for farming under his full control on all the quality productions in Aadinath Industries India. Mr. Abhishek Jain, Managing Partner, professionally qualified with the degree of MBA in Marketing & Finance. He is having an experience of over 20 years in Steel Industries India. He was remained as a Vice-President of UVS (Udyog Vyapar Sangathan) in UP & as well as Vice President of AISSJC youth (All India Shwetamber Sthanakwasi Jain Conference). He is having all control on the Domestic Marketing, Promotion of the Products and Business Development in Aadinath Industries India. He is looking to all Domestic markets for the product Harrow Discs.

Mr. Nipun Jain, CEO, professional qualified with the degree of MBA in Marketing & Finance. He is a well-known personality in society as he was remained the past City President of Human Foundational Rights, Shamli. Presently he is the State Member of Human Foundational Rights & as well as President of Yuva Mandal S.S. Jain Sabha Shamli Member of Lions Czech Crown Club Shamli since 2011. He is heading the Research and Development section of Aadinath Industries India and also having the control on the quality of manufacturing along the stock maintenance related to export. He finalizes and approves the production schedule of Agriculture Blades variety and demand wise every week.

Infrastructure

Our manufacturing unit includes the powerful machinery section and the Rolling Mill section. From the Raw material to the finishing of Blades all processes are done in-house. We roll our own Steel sheets in our Rolling Mills, Cutting Section & Press-Forging Section includes Power Presses and Forging machines, Bending Section includes the Japanese Hydraulic Machines and Indian made Hydraulic machines, Tolling are made inside our unit, Machining section includes Automatic & Manually operated Lathe machines. Besides this we have special paint section to give a beautiful finishing on the blades. To ensure high productivity, panel of professional’s continuously upgrades the machines and find out the flaws so that it does not hamper the manufacturing process.

Quality Assurance

Use of latest techniques and methods has enabled us in delivering impeccable range of products in the markets. To maintain the quality standards, we procure the raw materials from reputed vendors, who have years of rich experience in this field. For the same, we have an access of testing the Raw Material and the Hardness of the Blades to maintain the quality parameters as required

Aadinath Industries in house manufacturing units work at optimum levels to produce of the highest quality. Discs made out of the cross-rolling technique ensure uniform micro structure which creates excellent mechanical and physical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions. An in-house tool room enables Aadinath Industries to produce the tooling and dies needed for every type of disc blade at the highest quality standard quickly. The dedicated heat treatment shops for both High Carbon & Boron steel are housed with efficient hardening and tempering processes to ensure suitable mechanical properties for all the components produced.
